This healing system uses powerful symbols that reach deep into emotional and energetic layers, making it especially beneficial for mothers who often carry the weight of everyone’s needs. 

I’ve been a Registered Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher since 2014, certified through the International Center for Reiki Training under the lineage of William Lee Rand. Over the years, I’ve worked with many people who, like me, have felt overwhelmed, stretched too thin, and in need of healing and balance.

Karuna Reiki® has been a guiding light in my own life as a mother. It has given me the space to release emotional stress, the energy to handle life’s challenges, and a deep connection to my higher self, allowing me to nurture my family from a place of strength and love. My passion is to share this healing practice with other moms who are ready to embrace compassion, self-care, and balance in their own lives.
