I was raised in the Christian tradition, surrounded by scripture and sacred ritual—but like many, I encountered trauma that fractured my sense of self and safety. My seeking led me beyond the walls of the church and deep into the wilderness of my own soul. I longed to understand how we heal the dis-order in our systems—how we return to rhythm, balance, and divine belonging.

This path took me across spiritual landscapes: from the sacred texts of many religious philosophies to the ceremonial fires of plant medicine journeys. Along the way, I met Shamans who became my teachers, wise ones who walked me back into communion with nature, God, and my own original essence. Through this work, I remembered what our modern world often forgets—that healing is primal, spiritual, and physical all at once. And that our homes, our families, and our nervous systems are portals for that healing.

Now, I am called to serve as a summit lighthouse—a beacon for those already on the path of awakening, yet seeking deeper alignment, clarity, and embodiment. My work is grounded in this truth: we begin at home—with the body, the breath, our children and partners, the state of the room we sit in. When we live in disarray, it becomes hard to see ourselves clearly. But I see you. I hold the vision of your wholeness when you’ve forgotten it, and I walk beside you with tools that return you to sacred order—again and again.
